We are thrilled for our SME client, Lindsay & Gilmour Pharmacy, who fought off tough competition from large global organisations to win big at the recent Employee Benefits Awards 2021 for Best Benefits Communications

Vivup has been provider to winners for three consecutive years at the Employee Benefits Awards!

Lindsay & Gilmour are one of Scotland’s oldest independent community pharmacy groups and have remained fully open throughout the Covid-19 lockdown and pandemic. To help thank their people for their hard work, dedication and commitment they introduced the Vivup highfive Recognition and Reward app, alongside a well thought out digital communications campaign that resulted in fantastic take up and an award win!

The judges’ comments included

“Our winners demonstrated a solid strategy, showing flexibility and awareness of environmental factors due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus). The entry showed the importance placed by the employer on the wellbeing of its employees. Its use of multiple communication channels was outstanding, with impressive engagement results. Overall, it was an incredibly strong entry.”

Highlights from the winning comms campaign

  • Multiple comms channels including forums, digital posters, presentations, emails and videos
  • Star of the Month recognition initiative, promoted via digital posters
  • Employee benefits focused Microsoft Teams channel and utilisation of comms provided by Vivup to spread awareness
  • Introduction of benefits champions
