“Vivup is a genuinely good place to work, which was confirmed in the Investors in People survey by 95.2% of your people.” – Investors in People report, September 2021
Investors in People (IIP) is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the standard is the IIP framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark themselves against the best in the business on an international scale
Our survey results – what we are most proud of
Over the past year we have worked hard at encouraging a happy workplace, rewarding success and building a strong company culture underpinned by our values. We are not just engagement experts for our clients but for our people too
The IIP assessment measures organisations across nine areas. Vivup scored above average in all nine and strongly in three areas: leading and inspiring people, managing performance and creating sustainable success

- 92% of our people stated that they trust the leaders of the organisation
- 100% of our people said that they are aware of our plan for the future
- 100% of people agreed that Vivup is in a strong position and is ‘heading in the right direction’

“We’re over the moon to have been awarded the Investors in People accreditation and be part of the community.
To me, there was never any doubt that Vivup was a great place to work but this is about showcasing all our great people and the work they do and continuing to build that framework that enables our colleagues to be their true and best selves and helping them flourish in their careers.
This is an extremely proud moment for everyone at Vivup!”
