Press Release
May 13, 2024 - Vivup, a leading wellbeing and employee benefits provider, proudly announced its recognition by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s ‘Best Places to Work’ for 2024. This accolade comes with an impressive average engagement score of 90% and a job satisfaction rating of 91%.
The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, facilitated by WorkL, is a comprehensive national survey that celebrates the UK’s premier employers – 70,000 organisations were analysed. The survey spotlights exemplary workplaces for various groups, including women, the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and employees across different age groups, all with a focus on wellbeing.
Vivup’s employees participated in a survey that evaluated six fundamental aspects of engagement: Reward and Recognition; Information Sharing; Empowerment; Instilling Pride; Job Satisfaction; and Wellbeing.
Simon Moyle, CEO of Vivup, expressed his pride: “At Vivup, we aim to create an exceptional work environment where our team members feel engaged, prosperous, and driven. Our commitment to our core values; Passionate, Focused, Supportive, Innovative, and Fast Moving - guides every people-centric decision we make. This is not only a proud moment for our People and Culture team and Senior Leadership but also a chance to highlight the dedication and enthusiasm of our colleagues, who are the true force behind making Vivup an outstanding workplace.”
Jennifer Healy, People and Culture Director at Vivup, added her thoughts: “We are delighted to be listed as one of the best places to work. Creating a best-in-class culture where employees are fully engaged, thriving and empowered to do their best work is something we focus on every day. In the same way we're passionate about providing exceptional employee benefits solutions, we're equally focused on living that internally at Vivup and are excited to continue doing so as part of our growth journey.”
