4 June 2025 – Perkbox Vivup, a leading provider of wellbeing and employee benefits solutions, is excited to announce a new partnership with NatWest Mentor, which offers HR advice and digital tools to SMEs and is part of NatWest Group.

This collaboration aims to offer market-leading wellbeing and engagement tools to Mentor's business customers via an annual subscription, providing a tailored suite of services designed to support employee wellbeing and streamline HR management.

The partnership will provide Mentor’s business customers with access to a flexible, easy-to-use wellbeing and engagement platform through an annual subscription. Tailored to SMEs, the solution supports employee wellbeing, streamlines HR management, and boosts engagement, retention, and productivity.

As part of this initiative, Perkbox Vivup’s platform will be available to all Mentor members, making it simple for SMEs to implement and manage benefits across various sectors.

Perkbox Vivup’s platform will integrate seamlessly with Mentor's existing services, offering three tiers of support through its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP):

  • Essentials Programme: This includes 24/7 in-the-moment support and access to the Your Care platform—designed to support mental and physical wellbeing while encouraging a healthy work-life balance.
  • Plus Programme: Positioned between Essentials and Premium, this is the full EAP offering, including six contracted sessions for more in-depth support.
  • Premium Programme: A comprehensive package that combines the EAP, Family Care, 24/7 Legal, and Online GP services. This tier provides preventative support, early intervention, and clinical expertise to ensure the best outcomes for employees

Iain Cumby, Head of Mentor, commented:

“We’re delighted to be working with Perkbox Vivup to deliver our new Employee Assistance Programme for SMEs. We’ll work in close partnership to deliver real value for our customers and their employees.”

Louis Kwakye, Chief Revenue Officer at Perkbox Vivup Group, commented:

“Partnering with NatWest Mentor is a pivotal step in expanding access to high-impact wellbeing solutions for SMEs. Together, we’re addressing a critical gap, making it easier for smaller businesses to support their people in meaningful, measurable ways. With this partnership, we’re not just offering tools; we’re helping to shape a more engaged and resilient SME workforce across the UK.”
