It was a strong year for both Vivup and our clients at the 2024 Employee Benefits Awards, with multiple short listings, high commendations, and even an exciting win!
We were also privileged to be co-sponsoring the event with Perkbox, who we recently joined forces with to usher in a new era of employee benefits. Together, our combined strengths will create a super partnership that supports staff in all areas of life, at every stage of their career, both in and out of the workplace.
As one of the most esteemed events in the employee benefits space, the Employee Benefits Awards celebrate and showcase the many accomplishments within the HR, reward, and benefits community - making this years’ achievements even more of an honour!
We’re so proud to have been recognised as the ‘Best Supplier to Work For’ for the second consecutive year at the Employee Benefits Awards.
This category recognises organisations that use a benefits package to position themselves as an attractive employer, beyond merely offering their own products and services to their workforce.
The judges thought Vivup’s solution was robust and comprehensive, while our long service awards offered something different from other suppliers. They felt we had a good articulation of our culture and that we highlighted the tangible things we do for our people.
Similarly, our company growth awards were seen as a unique feature, along with our wellbeing days, sessions, and activities that keep our remote workforce connected.
“The unique benefits that create a strong company culture put Vivup ahead of the pack in the ‘Best Supplier to Work For’ category! Congratulations, Vivup, on fostering a great work environment!” – Employee Benefits
We’re delighted to share that Brigitte Kaviani, Programme Director of People Experience at South Yorkshire ICB, was named as the deserving winner of the ‘Benefits Professional of the Year’ award!
This prestigious accolade recognises Brigitte’s dedication to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of colleagues across South Yorkshire – and we couldn’t be prouder!
“I am absolutely thrilled. I’ve worked in the NHS for 37 years and I think the contribution, not just from me but from my team and various teams I’ve led, has made a huge impact. We’ve had a tough time, but our staff put everything into the patients. I would like to thank my organisation and my team members.” - Brigitte Kaviani
Brigitte has also been influential in bringing public sector organisations together across South Yorkshire to work towards creating menopause-friendly cultures. This is a major achievement, as collaborative working within the sector has been a tricky task historically.
As part of her work, Brigitte has established a monthly forum for menopause advocates to come together and share ideas, which has been fundamental in establishing an understanding and compassionate culture across South Yorkshire.
“As the individual behind this work at NHS South Yorkshire, Brigitte should be commended for her efforts.” - Employee Benefits
Finally, we’d like to say a massive congratulations to the following organisations who were shortlisted for their commitments to supporting employee wellbeing:
A special shoutout goes to South Yorkshire ICB, who were highly commended in the ‘Best Wellbeing & Mental Health Benefits’ category, and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, highly commended for ‘Best Public Sector Benefits.’
Both organisations were recognised for their dedication to offering meaningful benefits and wellbeing solutions that make a real difference to their people’s personal and professional lives.
Here’s to another incredible year at the Employee Benefits Awards. Roll on 2025!
